Nadine Wagner studied Business Management at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel, Germany.

Parallel to her business studies she completed private study in Trumpet and started her career as an Assistant Director in the Kiel Opera House.After completing her studies she worked as Chief Disponent of the Nordharzer Städtebundtheater and was engaged at the Nationaltheater Mannheim. In 2005 she established her own company in the Artist and Event Management sector. She was Manager and largely responsible for the creation and cultivation of the Masterclasses and Competition of the Opera Schloss Laubach and now is responsible for the International Opera Academy Rhein-Main.As a result of this great success and years of working with highly talented opera singers, she was asked to organize additional concert projects with hotels and companies. Events such as the Mozart Dinner, Venetian Opera Night and Spanish Nights were developed and produced for large renowned venues. These venues include the Munich Residenz, Arabella Sheraton Munich, Dolce Bad Nauheim, Kempinski Frankfurt.

In addition, she organized Dine and Opera Events in smaller exclusive venues and has worked with outstanding Master Chefs, such as Harald Wohfahrt.
